Polyurethane Prepreg

Polyurethane prepreg is a combination of two-component polyurethane resin impregnated with continuous fiber and its fabric under strictly controlled conditions. It is an intermediate for the manufacture of advanced composite materials.

Product process:
Cut the polyurethane prepreg according to the shape and size of the product, spread the shape of the product on the model, and place it on the mold for compression molding.

Low-weight reinforced thermoplastics, a sheet made of glass fiber needled felt as a reinforcing material and polypropylene composite.

Product process:
1. Put the LWRT sheet in an electric oven, the temperature is controlled between 200-220℃, and the time is 50-70 seconds, and the LWRT sheet is heated and softened;
2. Stack the baked LWRT sheets in the mold, and then close the mold, the pressure is set at 0-200T, and the time is 20-40s.

GMT

GMT:Glassfiber mat reinforced thermoplastics,It is a kind of sheet compounded with modified polypropylene and glass fiber needle taken as the reinforcement material.
1. Preheat the cut sheet (3-8min). The internal temperature is required to be greater than 190°C and the surface temperature is not greater than 240°C. The preheating can be done by infrared ray or air convection.
2. The preheated sheet is put into the mold cavity within 15s in a temperature range of 40~60℃, then compound the mold immediately. The molding pressure is 15-25MPa, and the molding cycle is 1~2min.
